He has gained practical judicial experience within various judicial authorities, enabling him to approach legal proceedings with a clear understanding of how they operate and of the issues involved.
Guillaume Bénard also practises intellectual property law, an area in which he obtained an LL.M. from Trinity College Dublin, the University of Dublin.
